Dr. ADEDUYITE FESTUS, Ph.D, CPA, FCIA, CPFAcct, FCTI Managing Consultant
Dr. Adeduyite Festus is a Chartered Tax Practitioner, Forensic Accountant and Computer Specialist in Public Practice in Nigeria for over 20 years.
He attented Ondo Boys High Schools, Ondo, the Polytechnic of South Bank (Now South Bank University), London, Our Savior University, Manhantaville, New York and European-American University, Commonwealth of Dominica where he obtained his first degree in Computer Science, Master in Business Administration in Accounting and taxation and Ph.D in Accounting and taxation.
He is also an honorary Ph.D holder in Business Administration from Evangel Christian University, Monroe Louisiana, USA. He had his professional Taxation training with C. Ebinum & co Certified Accountants and CS Associates all in London.
He thereafter worked in the UK with Helnone & co as Tax Associate. Back in Nigeria he functioned as Tax/System Manager with Femi Ajijala & Co. Chartered Accountants and with Beulank Computers as General Manager. (Account/Taxation). A Consultant to both Lagos State Government (Board of Internal Revenue and was the Zonal Consultant on Federal Government Project on Value Added Tax (VAT) monitoring in Petroleum Industries for Lagos, Warri and Portharcourt Zones.
Since 1992 he has been an examiner/accessor for the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is also the Chairman Form Vetting/Register Authentication Sub-Committee, Chairman Computerisations Sub-Committee And the Vice Chairman Membership Committee both of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
He is also the Publicity Secretary of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Ikeja District. Dr. Adeduyite belongs to various professional bodies among these are:

Prof OMOYEDE OYEDELE, Ph.D, CPA, FCCA, FCMA, CPFAcct, FCTI
He is a Chartered Tax Practitioner, Forensic Accountant and a Financial Management Consultant in public practice for over 20 years.
He has successfully handled various Local Government, State and Federal Government financial management.
He is the formal Managing Director Pacific Holding.
He is also a Consultant to Lagos State Government on Revenue Generation.
He brought to our group his flair for deep financial analysis, financial planning, budgeting and trouble-shooting in the areas of solid mineral, gas and off-shore Tax planning.
He is also the Chairman District Society of the membership committee of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and member Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

Dr OLUSEGUN LAWAL Ph.D, FCCA, CPA, CFE
A product of University of Sussex, England, an expert in Audit, Taxation and International Finance,
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of certified public Accountants and an associate member of the association of certified fraud Examiners (USA).
A seasoned Chartered Accountants & forensic expert of repute, he has well over 30 years practical experience in Banking, Auditing, taxation and aggressive revenue generation.
Dr. Lawal co-founded WFL Consultants in 1995 and was made the pioneer managing consultant, same year WFL Consultants was appointed the revenue consultant to Lagos State Government and Federal Inland Revenue service, Federal Republic of Nigeria
Dr. Lawal was the lead consultant invited by the Government of the Republic of Liberia in the year 2006 to restructure the commercial department of the City Government of Monrovia (MCC) and designing/implementation of accelerated revenue generation kits for the ministry of finance, Republic of Liberia.
He is well versed in revenue audit & planning, forensic audit/management and aggressive accelerated revenue generation and monitoring.
